Shagufta Styles’ Tiered Tassel Trim Black Mini Skirt is a fitted black mini with three rows of trim: one at the waistband and one on each tier below. Each row combines small pom-pom tassels with a cream braided cord. The trim is the only decoration on an otherwise plain black skirt.
